Dear Member,
Notice is hereby given of an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Thames Sailing Club CIO (registered charity number: 1186490) (the "Club") to be held at the Clubhouse on Sunday, 21st June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. with the Agenda as below.
Under the Club's constitution, you may appoint a proxy to attend the meeting and vote on your behalf. Proxy voting must be conducted in accordance with our Constitution, clause 12.9.1. If you wish to register a proxy, please do this via email to Commodore@thamessailingclub.co.uk before 5.00 pm on 19th June.
In order to attend the meeting, or appoint a proxy, your berthing and membership fees must be fully paid without any outstanding balances before 5.00 pm on 19th June.
