    The Paddleboard Black Run

    We found the perfect Sunday, great weather and a spring outgoing tide for our trip down the Thames and into London.     A Paddleboarding Away Day in June

    We met up for a breakfast briefing at 09:00 for our 21k paddle to Arundel we needed to kick off at 10:15 top catch the outgoing tide as the flow the river Arun started its 32k journey to the sea. It was high water at 09:00 at our starting point so we let the tide run for just over the hour to ensure we got some benefit of the flow. We kicked off on time

    SUPolo Champions!

    The three times National SUPolo Champions "Blue Chip Raiders" SUPolo team went on tour on Friday 21st June to Kingsbridge in Devon to play in the first West Country SUPolo Tournament. The guys drove down in the morning and played their first match at 18:37. We played 5 matches in total and this was the score line: 3-0, 4-0, 3-0, 7-0, 10-0 , we totalled 27 goals scored for the Blue Chip Raiders and
