    Commodore Musings June 2017

    Late May and early June see a flurry of events particularly in the Rater fleet which are worth reflecting on. Bourne End Week 2017 was dominated by two fleets; the Merlin Rockets and The Thames A Raters.     Trip to France - A Raters (and a Merlin) take on the French!

    What a fantastic weekend! Thanks to our friends at Yacht Club de l'Ile de France and Cercle de la Voile de Paris CVP , we had a briliiant weekend in Paris. The A Raters from TSC and UTSC took the top 4 places overall, a great result (Osprey, Kingfisher, Wings and Lady Jane), Paul and Karen in a Merlin slotted into 5th, with Tara following up in 6th overall.     Cocktail Party - Saturday 6 May

  • ​'End of April, where is the warmth?' - Thames A Rater Report – 25 April 2017

    Four Thames A Raters were back out after the dramatic scenes last week for the Tuesday evening series at Thames Sailing Club, Surbiton, SW London.
