    Three Club Burgee

Saturday 28 th September saw the annual Three Club Burgee team racing event return to Thames Sailing Club. Merlin Rockets from Minima and Tamesis arrived around midday and the visitors were treated to bacon and sausage sandwiches and a warm Thames welcome. The weather cooperated with clear skies and a good Force 2 to 3 blew throughout the event with occasional lulls in the wind to reinforce the home team’s advantage. Race Officer Kevin Pearson

There was nothing controversial about the topic; indeed encouraging children to eat healthily from a young age is a subject close to both men’s hearts. But telling one of the world’s most celebrated chefs that he had been reborn as Henri Le Worm, the pot-bellied star of a new

    Sport England Grant Won!

Many of you will remember that in early 2012, we asked everybody to complete a questionnaire asking various questions about the club. The General Committee was seeking to find out what you liked and disliked about the club and most importantly, what changes could or should be made to enhance your enjoyment of it. We received many responses and many views on just about every aspect of club activity, and based on the results
