Thames Sailing Club General Committee Nominations

We are four weeks away from the Club's annual general meeting, which is at 3.00 p.m. on Sunday, 26 February 2017. If you would like to stand for one of the Club's committee positions now is the time to do so.

It will not be possible to run the Club effectively without a full committee in place so we are urging those with an interest in the Club to come forward now.

Being involved in the operation of the Club is a highly satisfying and rewarding experience. We have moved a long way in the last few years and we need to maintain the momentum we have achieved, particularly in respect of our development plans, and our moves to broaden the membership base.

Please note that:

- Not all members of the General Committee have a formal role;

- The Bar Secretary, Catering Secretary and Sailing Secretary are invited members to the General Committee and have a vote on that committee.
