Bourne End Tow Saturday 17th May (08:00).
Bourne End is fast approaching. Are we all ready? For those Raters making the trip by river; the Tow will leave T.S.C. at 08:00 on Saturday the 17th May.
All Raters must be ready by the night before and each boat must have two crew members.Each group must organise a picnic for the day.
Please remember all Raters require an "Environment Agency" licence for the river or purchase it at the first lock. Please also ensure you have made appropriate plans to accompany your boat for the the tow back too.

Paul is also on the look out for some additional boats that are able to tow Raters up. If you are available for the 17th and/or the 22nd May with a power boat a la Cora and wouldn't mind towing some Raters up/down River please make contact with Paul.
Finally if you would like to participate as a "helper" please let Paul know; it's great day out, as long as it's not raining, and a wonderful way to travel to Bourne End, especially if you've not been before. For a review from last year check out my blog entry on the subject.
