Junior Bourne End Week 29-31st May
In 2007 the folks at UTSC organised a Junior BEW which was so successful that they are running it again. Many of the TSC members with children attended and there was nothing but praise and thanks. The kids have been raving about it ever since and I know members have explicitly booked time off work to attend. I have some details of the proceedings. Sarah Colleen will be at Thames on the 13th May for BEW registration please come along for the sign up as it all helps with speeding you through the paper work.
Thursday 29th May
Registration from 11.00 am - This year Registration Fee is £10 per child for the three days - (this does not include the functions)
Opening at 14.00 for racing and fun on the water
Bouncy Castle - is back again!!
Craft Sections for the younger ones
Bangers & Mash Supper - with Music
Friday 30th May
Racing, Fun & Games on and off the water
Supper - Pizza Night with Music
Saturday 31st May
Final Race
Fun on and off the Water
Family BBQ and prize Giving
This year Stig's (other) cousin will be joining us and sailing a lap in a reasonably priced boat. Then the kids (and adults if hey want to join in, a bit tlike the parents race at sports day!!!) can race the lap and have their times on the leader board.
