Scamp wins by a Whisker at Tamesis

The Regatta at Tamesis on the 8th and 9th Sept was a great success with perfect wind conditions on the Saturday. 10 Raters turned out for an eventful set of races. Scamp, Ulva and Carina were all in the hunt finishing on 8 points each. But it was Scamp that took the laurels despite suffering a holing that put the team out of one race and a snapped jib halyard.
