New Event for the Calendar - Public ‘Taster’ Day

Since the cancellation of the spring sail training, due primarily to the extended winter, we have had a greater level of enquiry than ever before about sail training. We are therefore intending to run a taster session on Sunday the 3rd of August. The idea will be to run normal racing in the morning and then to offer taster trips in the afternoon.

We’re looking for as many members as possible to stick around after racing in the morning. You can help out in any number of ways; if you can keep your boat rigged and offer to take people out for taster session that would be great. Alternatively we may need help with additional safety boat cover, assistants on shore, or even just meeting and greeting.
